Helping You Make Your Office Visit Successful

Your First Visit

Allergy & Asthma Associates is committed to providing you the best health care. Your first visit may last up to an hour as we take a complete note of your health concerns and perform physical exams. We will determine whether skin tests, pulmonary function tests or other testing is necessary at this appointment.

Please be sure you bring your completed history form, picture ID, insurance cards as well as a list of current medication. 

Skin Testing Visit

If you are scheduled for skin testing please discontinue any antihistamines at least 7 days prior to appointment.  This would include Claritin, Allegra, Clarinex, Zyrtec Xyzal, Benadryl or any of their generic equivalents.  Do not stop asthma medications such as inhalers or montelukast.  If you are ill, please call and discuss with our staff as soon as possible as we may need to reschedule your testing.  Please call us with questions concerning any medications that may interfere with your test results.
